Policies
Please review these policies, as by making a reservation, you are agreeing that you understand and will abide by these policies.
Payment – At the time of booking a 50% deposit is due to hold the reservation. The other 50% of the payment is required upon check in. This can be made by credit card, Venmo or PayPal.
Cancellations – Things happen so here is how we handle cancellations: All cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. All cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check in will be charged for the entire amount of stay and receive no refund, unless that night can be booked by someone else!
Check In & Check Out – Our preferred check in time is after 4pm. Special arrangements can be made if you need to check in later than 7 pm. Check out is at 10 am.
No Smoking – For the safety and comfort of all the guests, we have a no smoking policy inside Downtown Guesthouse. Feel free to smoke outside! A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest(s) for smoke or damages.
Housekeeping - Housekeeping services are generally not provided for one- and two-night stays, but can be made available by prior arrangement at an additional charge. You are not expected to clean the house before departing.
Damages – Guests are responsible for any damages they cause, and will be charged if any excess cleaning, repairs, or replacements are needed after the guests leave.
We have wonderful neighbors who live next door and we want to keep it that way. Please be courteous of them and keep the noise at a reasonable level. Remember, they are not on vacation...this is their home!
